“In your preschool classroom, a student named Peter displays challenging behaviour patterns. Peter is a lively and energetic child who enjoys socialising with his peers and participating in various activities. However, recently, you have observed that Peter struggles to follow instructions and to transition between activities. He often becomes frustrated when asked to stop playing with a particular toy or move on to the next activity, resulting in tantrums and emotional outbursts. Additionally, Peter has difficulty maintaining attention during group activities and frequently interrupts others while they are speaking.”
Choose ONE guidance and discipline strategy from the module and discuss the following:
