PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to describe the management of an organization, the roles of managers, and the skills required at various levels of management.

REQUIREMENT

Select any ONE organization in Malaysia that you are familiar with or have access to information. Using relevant examples from the selected organization the management, manager, and the roles of its managers.  Next, discuss how the organization implements management functions in its operation. Then, relate the skills required at each level of management to the selected organisation. Finally, reflect on how this assignment has prepared you to have better understanding on how to be an effective manager in the future.
