You are an engineer at a construction company. Your company has received a tender to build a residential house. As the engineer, you are required to prepare the following items to be presented to the client.
● Plan for construction of the required residential area
● Your project should consist of;
● Detail of project (including organisation chart, company profile)
● Pricing and Contracting (including tender)
● Planning of sources – labor, materials, equipment, etc
● Detail drawing (location plan, lay out, floor plan, etc)

● Handing over process

● Analyze any risk of damage to the construction projects and public and conduct a project review with team members.
