  • Referring to the circuit in Figure Q1 (a). By using the NODAL analysis method, determine the value of current IR5Ω, and IR3Ω. Then, the power dissipated in PR5Ω.

  • For the circuit in Figure Q1 (b), use an appropriate method to determine:
    i. Voltage Vo across 6Ω resistor.
    ii. Total power dissipated at resistor 4Ω.
    iii. If the resistor 6Ω is replaced with a capacitor, determine the power dissipated in resistor 4Ω.
