This assignment aims to develop the learners’ ability to write a problem statement based on facts and figures on a specific research topic. Based on the research topic and problem statement, learners will learn to formulate the research questions and objectives.
The first stage of research is to identify problems or issues in business and management (or within the learners’ field of study) and to justify the need for research. To this end, you are required to choose a research topic that aligns with your interests and field of study. Based on this topic, you must formulate a problem statement supported by relevant high-impact journal articles and statistics to demonstrate its significance and the need for further investigation.
You are also required to develop appropriate research questions and objectives that correspond to the identified problem. Finally, you must justify the importance and relevance of conducting the research. Your report must be structured using the following components:

Sehubungan itu, anda dikehendaki memilih satu topik penyelidikan yang selari dengan minat dan bidang pengajian anda. Berdasarkan topik tersebut, anda perlu merumuskan pernyataan masalah yang disokong oleh artikel-artikel jurnal berimpak tinggi dan statistic yang relevan bagi menunjukkan kepentingannya serta keperluan untuk penyelidikan lanjut.
Anda juga dikehendaki membangunkan soalan-soalan penyelidikan dan objektif-objektif penyelidikan yang sesuai dengan masalah yang telah dikenal pasti.
