1.1  Research Aim:

The main agenda of conducting this research is to get a detailed understanding of job stress and the factors that influence performance and productivity in the organization. Furthermore, the goal is to identify the root causes of workplace stress from identified factors and evaluate the impact on job satisfaction. Based on these points, the research is written to provide practical solutions to improve the situation to a certain extent.

1.2  Research Objectives:

• To investigate the factors of stress that can influence performance and relate to job satisfaction in banking sector of Malaysia.
• To evaluate the impact of job stress factors on employee job satisfaction in the selected banking sector of Malaysia.
• To recommend practices that can help the organizations in bringing in policies to reduce the job stress and improve the overall satisfaction from the work.
