1.0 SCENARIO OVERVIEW

FinX Solutions, a Kuala Lumpur based fintech startup, is rapidly expanding into Southeast Asia to compete with GrabPay and Touch’n Go eWallet. The company has recruited a diverse, multicultural workforce of Malaysians, Indian professionals, and expatriates from Europe.

The management team is ambitious but facing several challenges:

  • Amir, a local software engineer, is highly skilled but often procrastinates and blames unclear instructions when deadlines are missed.
