Select ONE organisation you know well — ideally your current or a recent employer — and critically evaluate how management, organisational, and technology dimensions shape the way information systems are used to support its operations and strategy. Your report should:

• Briefly profile the organisation (industry, size, and one core business process or function you will focus your analysis on).
• Evaluate the management dimension: how leadership, decision-making style, and management priorities shape IS adoption and use.
• Evaluate the organisational dimension: structure, culture, business processes, and politics that enable or constrain the effectiveness of information systems.
• Evaluate the technology dimension: the hardware, software, data, and networking choices in place, and how well they fit the organisation’s needs.
• Apply a relevant framework (e.g. Porter’s competitive forces model, or the value chain) to assess whether the organisation’s current use of IS strengthens or weakens its competitive position.
• Conclude with two to three practical, justified recommendations for improving the strategic use of information systems in the organisation.
