Overview:

You are required to work in groups of up to 5 members to conduct in-depth case study research on the sustainability challenges faced by a selected entity within the food supply chain. This entity could be an input supplier, producer, manufacturer, hospitality organization, logistics and distribution company, wholesaler, trader, or retailer. Your task is to:

Identify and investigate specific sustainability challenges within the chosen organization’s food supply chain.
Conduct at least TWO (2) face-to-face interviews with relevant representatives from the selected organization to gather primary data about the issues.
Document and analyze the collected data using appropriate analysis tools (e.g., thematic analysis).
Provide valid, evidence-based recommendations on how the organization can enhance its sustainability practices in the food supply chain.
