Overview:
You are required to work in groups of up to 5 members to conduct in-depth case study research on the sustainability challenges faced by a selected entity within the food supply chain. This entity could be an input supplier, producer, manufacturer, hospitality organization, logistics and distribution company, wholesaler, trader, or retailer. Your task is to:
- Identify and investigate specific sustainability challenges within the chosen organization’s food supply chain.
- Conduct at least TWO (2) face-to-face interviews with relevant representatives from the selected organization to gather primary data about the issues.
- Document and analyze the collected data using appropriate analysis tools (e.g., thematic analysis).
- Provide valid, evidence-based recommendations on how the organization can enhance its sustainability practices in the food supply chain.
