Given the professional nature of the Master of Business Analytics program, it is essential that students have experience with analyzing unconventional and real data sets.
This project requires a supervisor. The supervisor can assist in identifying and planning the business analytics project. Students will meet periodically with their supervisors to discuss project progress and results, and to troubleshoot. Projects will be implemented in Python, Tableau, Orange, RapidMiner, SPSS (need to choose at least ONE) and/or using other specialized analytics toolkits with similar functions used by Business Analysts.
Students will be evaluated by an examiner from SOM and assigned a letter grade in terms of the final report and presentation.
