Get Help By Expert
The BARB4203 case study video looks like a creative task, but most of the 80 marks sit in the comparison and CRM sections, so a group that only describes six shops loses easily. You need to classify each retailer's format correctly (hypermarket, convenience, category killer, department store, e-marketplace), compare assortment width and depth, service level, pricing approach and location logic side by side, and then show how loyalty apps, membership schemes and social commerce turn shoppers into repeat customers. Our case study writing helpers can guide your group on the comparison framework, the 10-minute script and timing for each section.
