Poster: You may use Microsoft PowerPoint to create a poster which is then converted into a PDF before submission. The settings of the poster include:

• slide size is 104.06 cm × 58.52 cm or 40.97” × 23.04”
• fonts are easy to read e.g., Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri, Georgia
• font size is 48 points or higher for the title, name(s) and subheadings
• font size is 30 to 36 points for the narrative materials
• poster’s margins and the distance between columns is not more than 6.35cm or 2.5”

Video: Please upload your video to an online platform or file-sharing service, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube (you may refer to this instructional video on how to upload a video on YouTube). Once uploaded, provide the video URL link on your poster.

File name convention: Students are to name their file in the specific convention provided – Group number_Programme name_Student ID_Full name_Subject code_SL name_Assessment number

Cover page: Students have to upload an assignment cover page with their name, student ID, subject code and title, the assessment deadline and the declaration of AI use.

Declaration of AI Use: Use of AI should adhere to Sunway University’s guidelines. The use of AI tools to assist you with this assessment must be declared by completing the AI Declaration statement on the Cover Page.

Referencing style: Use APA 7th referencing style. No footnotes.

After submitting your assessment on XLearn, ensure that your Turnitin similarity index is no more than 15%. A higher score will be flagged for plagiarism. If it is higher than 15%, you may delete your submission (before the due date) and resubmit another copy of your assessment.
