- Write your responses based on this event into the template below. You will complete 3 (THREE) sections.
- Avoid writing your answer in long essay form, as it may lead to mark deductions.
- You may refer to the appendix given; answers that plagiarize other resources will not be graded.
- Please note that only Guided Use of Generative AI is permitted. Kindly refer to the Assessment Submission Declaration form for details.
- Include the number of words at the end of each reflection.

- What was the unhelpful thought(s) due to the activating event?

- What was the unpleasant emotion(s) that you felt?
- What was the unpleasant action(s) that you did?
- What was the unpleasant result(s) of your action?
D: Disputation
- State your alternative thought (refer to Appendix A below)
- Elaborate on the chosen alternative thought that you can have towards the activating event, to replace the unhelpful thought(s).
E: Effect
- What will your emotion(s) now be, resulting from the alternative thought?
- What will your new action(s) be?
