• First, prepare all materials needed to make `kek batik’ such as cocoa powder, Marie biscuit, butter, condensed milk, and chocolate/ green tea/ coffee/ strawberry. Then, open the fire on the stove to melt and cook the butter, cocoa powder, condensed milk, and chocolate/ green tea/ coffee/ strawberry with the low volume of heat. Next, smash the Marie biscuits into smaller pieces and pour the ingredients which have the chocolate/ green tea/ coffee/ strawberry mixture onto Marie biscuits. Mix the ingredients, and put them in the tray. Let it for 15 minutes to cool it down before putting it in the fridge to freeze it overnight.
