• Go through the details about Eco Shop Prospectus in Bursa
• Imagine you are Chief Investment officer of XYZ company. You can create your own company.
• Analyse the company to your board of director if you want to invest into the EcoShop or do not want to invest. Give the reasoning behind it. Prepare the report in Memo form.
• Review the prospectus published by the company – has the details about the company and the financial standing and other details about the IPO.
• Can use news or magazine for justification on your decisions.
• Own experience, news, website etc can be used to refer.
• Purpose to improve understanding on equity analysis, stock valuation and apply financial theory for fundraising
• Understand how the company operate and compare with competitors. Purpose to go for IPO which usually explained in prospectus. Simple financial analysis to see if the company fair values, under valued or over valued.
• Have the purpose and strategy to invest.
• Look into risk and return and benchmark with other indicators.

Write assignment in Memo format. From you to Board of Director of the company you working XYZ. What is your purpose seek approval for investment or not to invest. Then start with executive summary. Write background. Submit in Week 4. From you (The Investment Officer of an International Investment Firm) To: your Management / or Board to subscribe to or reject the investment for the said IPO after reviewing the prospectus and case study of the Eco Shop

This assignment will expose on why people list IPO, what is the benefits and how to evaluate shares. Word count must be 4500-5000 only. Not more than that.
