Report on stress experience related to illness, reflect on a recent period in your life when you/ someone close to you was diagnosed with chronic illness (Cancer). Describe the situation, your emotional & physical responses & how the illness contributed to your stress. Include detailed information on the factors (financial & personal problem) that contributed to your stress & how these align with the theory of stress & illness you have studied.
Question 2:
Comply with stress management techniques specific to illness, how did you encounter stress when you/someone close to you was diagnosed with a chronic illness (Cancer)? Over 2 weeks, select & perform 2 different stress management techniques tailored to this specific experience (eg. progressive muscle relaxation for tension headaches, mindfulness for chronic pain/ cognitive-behavioral strategies for managing diabetes-related stress). Maintain a daily journal during this period, recording your compliance with these techniques, your emotional & physical state before & after each session & any changes in your stress levels/ the symptoms related to the illness.

Hyper tension also known as high blood pressure whereby is a complex health condition characterized by consistently elevated blood pressure levels. It often results from a combination of causes & contributing factors includes genetics, lifestyle choices, metabolic processes & social & environmental factors. The prevalence of hypertension has been rising globally, making it a critical public health concern due to its association w various diseases such as heart disease, stroke & kidney failure.
1. Analyze the interaction between genetics & environmental factors in influencing hypertension risk.
2. Investigate how lifestyle choices such as diet & physical activity influence the risk & management of hypertension.
3. Explore how psychological factors such as stress, emotion & cognitive biases affect blood pressure levels and the management of hypertension.
4. Evaluate how socioeconomic status, cultural norms & social environments influence dietary choices & physical activity levels related to hypertension. (all answer must includes with examples & literature reviews from reputable sources)
