This organisational behaviour case study rewards analysis, not summary. In Part A, examiners expect you to link emotions to leadership through concepts such as emotional intelligence, emotional contagion and psychological safety, and to show real trade-offs when leaders try to combine high performance with genuine care. In Part B, the strongest answers diagnose Farid's situation with two motivation theories (for example expectancy theory and self-determination theory, or Herzberg) and then turn that diagnosis into a structured plan for Anis's conversation, covering preparation, feedback, listening and follow-up. Our help with MBA assignments and management assignment helper services can guide you on structure, theory choice and APA referencing.
